At DemiLuxe Hair Co, we take pride in offering premium-quality raw human hair extensions. Due to the hygienic nature of our products and our commitment to providing every customer with brand-new merchandise, all sales are final.

No Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect product selection
  • Buyer preference
  • Hair that has been opened, handled, installed, washed, brushed, colored, bleached, chemically treated, or otherwise altered
  • Natural variations in raw human hair, including color, texture, or wave pattern

Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within one (1) hour of purchase. After this period, orders enter processing and cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.

Shipping Policy

Once an order has been processed and transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.

DemiLuxe Hair Co is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, stolen packages, delivery exceptions, weather-related delays, or other issues that occur while your shipment is in the possession of the carrier. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delivery concerns.

Incorrect Orders

If you believe you received an incorrect item due to an error by DemiLuxe Hair Co, you must notify us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.

  • Clear photographs of the product received
  • Photographs of the shipping label and packaging

All claims will be carefully reviewed before a resolution is determined. DemiLuxe Hair Co reserves the right to deny claims that cannot be verified.

Customers agree to contact DemiLuxe Hair Co before filing a payment dispute with their bank or credit card provider. We are committed to reviewing and addressing legitimate concerns in accordance with our policies.
